Refund policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for a size/colour exchange, store credit, or a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The security tag on items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Return Instructions

1. To request return authorization, please send an email to info@goldboutique.it, indicating the order number or the customer's name.
2. We arrange collection of the item via courier. However, return shipping costs (€10) are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
3. The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.
4. Any shipping cost originally paid for the order will only be refunded if all purchased items are returned.

Three types of compensation are available:

1. Exchange
   You can exchange the item/size. The shipping cost for an exchange is €16 (€6 for the return + €10 for the new shipment). As soon as the return is received, the new item will be shipped.
2. Store Credit
   Once the return is received and processed, the customer will be sent a voucher for the total value of the returned items, to be used on future purchases. Any shipping cost originally paid for the order will only be included in the Store Credit if all purchased items are returned.
   Store Credit:
   • can be used only once, within 3 months of the return;
   • cannot be combined with other Store Credits;
   • must be used in full on an order of equal or greater value.
3. Refund
   The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at Gold Boutique's warehouses and the items have been inspected.
   For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case appear on the card's next statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the card's banking network.
   For orders paid via PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
   The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.
   Any shipping cost originally paid for the order will only be refunded if all purchased items are returned, for shipments within Italy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The security tag on items being returned must not be cut or broken. Garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must show no signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear of any kind.
• Each item must be returned with all tags and labels attached, and complete with all original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging.
• Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over one's own underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
• In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or a shipping error occurs on the part of GOLDBOUTIQUE.IT, the customer is asked to contact info@goldboutique.it immediately. GOLDBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise, and will cover the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
• Returns authorized by GOLDBOUTIQUE.IT must be shipped from the same country to which the original order was delivered.
• GOLDBOUTIQUE reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with a courier other than the one indicated in the return instructions email, if delivery would involve additional costs for GOLDBOUTIQUE or require pickup from a courier branch.
• GOLDBOUTIQUE further reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, or returns that do not otherwise comply with all the conditions set out above. In these cases, the customer will be contacted to collect the goods at their own expense.
