If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size/color exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Return instructions

1. To request return authorization you must send an email to info@goldboutique.it indicating the order number or name.
2. We will organize the collection of the item via courier. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs which amount to €10 and will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.
3. The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.
4. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be refunded to the customer only if all the items purchased are returned.
5. In the case of returns shipped outside Italy, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are deducted from the amount of the item at the time of reimbursement. The amount changes based on the courier's estimate and will be communicated via email.

There are 3 types of compensation available:

1. Exchange
   It is possible to change colour/size. The shipping cost in case of exchange amounts to €16 (€6 for the return + €10 for the new shipment). As soon as the return is received, the new item will be shipped.
2. Store Credit
   As soon as the return is received and processed, a voucher for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all purchased items are returned.
   The Store Credit:
   • it can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return;
   • cannot be combined with other Store Credits;
   • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
3. Reimbursement
   The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Gold Boutique warehouses and the items have been checked.
   For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
   For orders paid with Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
   The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be refunded to the customer only if all the purchased items are returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The security thread present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
• Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
• Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
• In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by GOLDBOUTIQUE.IT, the customer is invited to immediately contact info@goldboutique.it. GOLDBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
• Returns authorized by GOLDBOUTIQUE.IT must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
• GOLDBOUTIQUE reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if delivery involves additional costs for GOLDBOUTIQUE or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
• GOLDBOUTIQUE also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions laid down.
  In these cases the customer will be contacted to collect the goods at his expense.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
